Audio Technology offers after sales service and repairs only on products purchased through the store; this provides peace of mind for the purchaser, ensures a speedy turnaround time, and often in the unlikely event that a product fails – we may be able to provide a temporary loan item whilst faulty item is being repaired –

With qualified technical personnel, a fully equipped workshop and latest test equipment, we can often diagnose faults quickly and repair equipment to down to component level.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES & AFTER HOURS CALL OUT

Audio Technology can offer a comprehensive maintenance program for large audiovisual installations such as entertainment venues, defence establishments and government agencies that require continuous service of audiovisual equipment.

Often, a breakdown of equipment can cause inconvenience, disruptions to important meetings or proceedings, or indeed loss of revenue. Regular maintenance can be a cost effective solution in the long run, with preventative maintenance and servicing of equipment, this can be avoided and potential problems can be identified in advance.

In addition to regaluar servicing and maintenance programs, Audio Technology offers an affordable after-hours call out facility for venues.
This service provides peace of mind to entertainment venue operators, knowing that a technician can be called out after hours - with the added bonus of having access to replacement equipment - free of charge, in order to restore service to the sound, lighting or display system.
